    i. Cement, Sand, Rock and Water are loaded onto Volumetric Truck BUT kept separated. ii. Cement Cure Time has NOT started. iii. Mixing Equipment is built into the volumetric truck itself.

    5       While not fresh, if workable, then Pour. 

If more workability is needed, 
add water. Note, strength will
be less and increase chance of
cracks in the future.

If the total cure time is too
much, the load can be sent
back to the plant to be part
mixed in with flat work, e.g. side
walk, where less strength is
needed.

If concrete has too much water,
it can fall apart later via crumbling
chipping and cracking.     Turn On Mixer, Pour Fresh Mix
